Join Our Team:
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Facilities & Logistics to lead our integrated logistics services, including transport, waste, linen, post, materials management, and warehousing. Acting as Deputy to the Associate Director of Facilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our facilities portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the transformation of logistics services, embedding innovation and sustainability.
* Oversee operational performance across multiple service lines.
* Drive strategic initiatives including fleet optimisation, digital tracking, and infection control compliance.
* Champion workforce development, training, and succession planning.
* Act as Deputy Associate Director of Facilities, ensuring continuity of leadership across all FM services.
Ideal Candidate:
* Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Facilities Management or related field.
* Membership of a relevant professional body (IWFM, CILT UK, etc.).
* Significant experience leading logistics or facilities operations in complex organisations.
* Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with proven ability to deliver transformation programmes.
* Knowledge of statutory compliance, sustainability, and governance frameworks.
