The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, ensuring effective management and compliance within the organisation.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant standards.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective governance.

Provide expert financial advice to senior management and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including audits and regulatory filings.

Managing a team of 2Profile
A successful Head of Finance/ Group Financial Controller should have:
A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Proven experience in financial leadership within a large complex business.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards. ( UK GAAP/ FRS)
Experience in leading and developing a finance team.
Experience in multi-site or managing finance for multiple legal entities
A proactive approach to implementing financial improvements and strategies.Job Offer
Salary range of £65000 to £75000 per annum, depending on experience.
