What will the Head of Finance (Property Services) role involve?
Taking full ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the division, ensuring alignment with the wider group strategy
Business Partnering with senior operational leaders to translate performance into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making and drive long-term value
Lead the finance integration of new acquisitions and champion process improvements across your division, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and consistency
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, playing a key role in shaping financial direction at group level while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance (Property Services) role:
Fully qualified with experience of managing people at Management Accountant level
Experienced in both presenting management accounts and liaising with external stakeholders
Power BI skills and/or having worked within the property sector would both be highly advantageous
