Head of Fleet Services | Swansea SA4 4LL | Full time | OTE Circa £50k pa

Are you the right person for the job?

Previous experience in overseeing a large, circa 10k, fleet of vehicles, mostly cars, light commercial and passenger carrying vehicles up to 17 seats
Demonstrable leadership experience with a progressive management style and excellent organisational skills
Eligible to work in the UK
What will your role look like? 

Reporting directly to the General Manager
Supporting customers with their fleet service requirements
Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance of the fleet, together with reduced vehicle downtime will be an expectation of the role
The service will be operated with a focus on delivering value for money and exacting levels of customer service
