Head of Games - Independent Prep School, Kent
Location: Kent
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Dependent on experience
An established and vibrant independent prep school in Kent is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Head of Games to lead and deliver an outstanding sports programme for pupils aged 3-11.
The successful candidate will have a passion for sport, with a particular specialism in Netball, and the skills to foster teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong love of physical activity in young learners. Experience in EYFS and KS1/KS2 settings is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and deliver high-quality PE and Games lessons across the school
Develop and promote Netball alongside a broad range of sports
Organise fixtures, tournaments, and co-curricular sporting activities
Inspire pupils of all abilities to participate confidently and enthusiastically
Contribute to the school's inclusive and supportive learning environment
