Key Responsibilities as Head of Guest Services:
Key Responsibilities People & Leadership
Lead, inspire, and motivate the Guest Services team to consistently deliver a guest-centric service.
Recruit, onboard, train, and support team members to reach their full potential.
Manage rotas, payroll, and staffing levels within departmental budgets.
Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews and development sessions.Guest Experience
Be a visible, approachable leader – proactively engaging with guests throughout their stay.
Develop strong guest relationships, with special attention to VIPs and returning guests.
Drive personalised, memorable experiences, resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.Operations
Oversee daily team briefings and guest recognition meetings.
Coordinate seamless arrival and departure processes with attention to detail.
Ensure smooth daily operations and collaborate with other departments for service excellence.
