Sustainable Futures Group (SFG) has exclusively partnered with a well established housing association to recruit a Head of Corporate Health & Safety. This senior leadership role will take ownership of workplace health & safety across a diverse range of office, care, and operational environments.
This is a newly created position within the senior leadership team, offering the opportunity to set strategy, drive culture change and embed best practice in an organisation with a strong social purpose and a reputation for looking after its people.
About the Organisation
This well established housing association has grown significantly in recent years, now employing over a thousand people and managing a housing stock nearing 10,000 across a broad range of services.
Following the retirement of a long serving CEO earlier this year, a new chief executive has joined, bringing a collaborative, people centric leadership style and launching a staff led review of organisational values. * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence from the boardroom to front line staff.
* Experience with ISO 45001 is desirable, as you’ll be guiding the organisation on the start of its accreditation journey.
