Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Head of Housing Development in the Midlands.
I've attached key responsibilities below:
* Setting up a new development team
* Lead the strategic review of all assets
* Lead the discussions, due diligence on new growth opportunities across the Group including the Charity
* Lead on Warm Homes Fund application
* Lead on grant applications to Homes England
* Report to CEO, Board and Committees.
The contract will run for a minimum of a 6 month term and the rate is dependent on experience.
