The role
As Head of Housing and support services, you’ll be the driving force behind the organisations housing and support. Your leadership will be key to delivering safe, effective, and person centred services, supporting vulnerable adults and empowering your teams to shine.
* Performance management of tenant housing and support to fully meet legal requirements.
* Providing leadership over cross-department working practices, driving behaviours and processes to enhance team capability, capacity and efficiency
* Develop team competencies to drive continuous improvement of service quality and performance.
* Lead the management and performance of housing management, property services, repairs, planned and major works.
This is a hands on leadership role, with the autonomy to influence meaningful change

The successful Head of Housing will be compassionate and capable leader with the following skills and experience.
* Passionate about providing a world class service to vulnerable adults
* Technical and in-depth worked knowledge of specialist housing
* Proven background in leading teams within specialist and general needs
* Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations.
* Proven experience of leading by example with aligned values showing integrity, caring, empowerment and respect.
