Job Description
My client in Nottingham is looking to appoint a talented Head of HR on a Contract basis.
This role plays a pivotal part in driving operational excellence, leading transformational change, and embedding a joined-up, customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.
What's on offer:
Salary: £600 - £650 per day, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday
About the role:
Based in Nottingham (Hybrid):
HR Business Partnering - ways of working review and embedding strategic service offer
Review of strategic workforce planning including design of data packs, options for talent management / succession planning
Support for workforce transformation - org design, functional design changes and vacancy management
Embedding HR operating model changes and input on HR continuous improvementAbout you:
You will have the following experiences:
Extensive experience in a similar role
Chartered Membership of CIPD
Evidence of working successfully in partnership across different sectors
Local Authority experience is essential
