Key Responsibilities;
Lead the end-to-end leaseholder service, including billing, consultation, dispute resolution, and communications, section 20 processes for major works, ensuring legal compliance and effective stakeholder management, ultimately creating a single leasehold team in the borough.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance frameworks to improve service quality and accountability.
Collaborate with finance, legal, asset management, and housing teams to ensure joined-up delivery.
Act as the strategic lead for leaseholder engagement, ensuring clear, empathetic, and timely communication.
Manage complex cases, complaints, and tribunal matters with professionalism and attention to detail.
Provide expert advice on leaseholder legislation, rights, and obligations.
