Head of Lettings – Salford (Multi-site)
£35–40k basic + commission (OTE £45–55k)
Monday–Friday (no weekends – because burnout isn’t a badge of honour)
Private medical | Pension | On-site parking
20 days holiday + increases with service
If you’re already running a lettings team (or basically doing the job without the title), this is your chance to actually own it.
We’re working with a growing independent agency who need someone to come in, take control, and drive the lettings arm forward properly. Not just maintain it. Not just “manage people.” Build it.
What you’ll actually be doing:
  * Leading a multi-branch lettings team (and getting them performing, not just present)
  * Winning new business and growing the portfolio
  * Getting out there – valuations, client relationships, the lot
  * Spotting opportunities others miss (because you know your market)
  * Working directly with directors and having a genuine say
What matters:
  * You’ve done this before – senior lettings level, no blagging it
  * You can lead people without being a knob about it
  * You understand legislation and how to make money
  * You’re commercial, proactive, and not waiting to be told what to do
  * You actually give a shit about doing a good job
This isn’t for someone who wants an easy ride. It’s for someone who wants to build something, influence decisions, and be properly valued for it.
