HEAD OF LOGISTICS**
West Midlands | £70,000-£75,000+benefits

As the Head of Logistics, the successful candidate will oversee all logistics activities across the Warehouse and factory, managing everything from inventory management to transportation. **Responsibilities Included**
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations across both sites, ensuring seamless integration between warehouse, factory, and transport activities.

- Drive service level improvements through robust KPI tracking and performance dashboards.
- Own and manage departmental budgets, including setting annual forecasts and tracking spend.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
**Skills and Attributes**
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing logistics or warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong financial awareness with experience in setting and managing operational budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all business levels.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS platforms
- Proven ability in workforce and capacity planning to meet fluctuating business requirements.
