As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Head of Manufacturing to lead the manufacturing department and drive visibility, structure, and performance across everything they build.

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Director the Head of Manufacturing is responsible for leading the manufacturing department.
Ensuring all work is delivered on time, to the correct standard and with full control over labour and materials.
The focus of the role is visibility, structure, and performance.
Ensure every job is tracked, every cost is understood, and the department operates efficiently.
You will also produce the CAD drawings required to support manufacturing and play an active role in the research and development of new products, materials, and processes.To apply, please email your CV
