Are you a dynamic and hands-on manufacturing leader looking for your next big challenge?
We are seeking a passionate and driven Head of Manufacturing to oversee the full operational performance of a busy, fast-paced manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimise day-to-day operations within the manufacturing plant
Drive productivity, safety, quality, and efficiency in line with business KPIs
Manage a diverse and skilled workforce, including agency and permanent staff
Collaborate closely with engineering, technical, quality, and finance teams
Embed a Lean Six Sigma culture and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee HR-related processes including performance reviews and disciplinary matters
Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Deliver operational cost efficiencies and support major site improvement projects
Act as a visible and approachable leader, actively engaging with staff across the site
Ideal Skills and Experience
Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership, ideally in a regulated or technical environment
Strong engineering or technical background
Demonstrated success in motivating and managing teams
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices
Strong people management skills, with experience handling HR processes
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a dynamic environment
Previous experience in a Senior Leadership Team is highly desirable
