Site Manager
Food Manufacturing – East Midlands
£70,000 – £75,000

The Ops Director you’d be working with? We know them. Proper grown-up. No micromanaging, no politics. They’ll give you the space to run things the way you know they should be run. And they’ll back you when you need them.
You’ll be leading just over 100 people across Ops, Warehouse, Planning, H&S and CI. The building blocks are there, but the team and systems need shaping. CI needs embedding. Structure needs tightening. And you’ll be the one pulling all of it together.
It’s not an overly complex site. Which means the improvements you bring in will make a big impact quickly — reducing costs, sharpening processes, making life easier for the people around you.
Background?
An experienced Factory Manager, Head of Manufacturing or Senior Ops Manager who’s ready for their first full site role.
Food industry background is essential.
You’ll know how to balance shop floor credibility with senior team conversations.
If you’ve worked with SAP or RedZone, great. If not, no big deal.
