Head of MEP BIM for Main Contractor
London
Permanent - £100,000 + package
We are working with a Main Contractor based in London who grown significantly over the last 2 years and have made a strategic decision to add to their team with a Head of BIM looking after all things MEP for them.
They work on some really interesting projects, so no copy and paste designs here to work from. The right candidate needs to be someone who loves to be challenged every day on tricky projects whilst working alongside some of the most hardworking people I’ve come across in all my years.
We are looking for someone who has been a BIM Manager for either a Main Contractor or large MEP Subcontractor working on big projects with lots of challenges. You need to be tenacious and the type of person who chases down the required info to move things along.
Long term these guys have a number of further projects agreed in London, so there is no shortage of opportunity to make your mark and build an internal function with a lot of support from the Board.
