What you'll be doing:
* You'll be crafting and delivering engaging Spanish lessons that develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, ensuring high-quality provision across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* As Head of MFL, you will lead, manage, and develop the department, overseeing curriculum design, assessment, and the professional development of your team, with a particular focus on Spanish.

What we're looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Spanish.
* Proven experience teaching engaging and effective Spanish lessons at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Significant experience in a leadership or second-in-department role within an MFL department.
* Fluency in Spanish and a deep understanding of Spanish culture.
* Excellent communication skills, strong team leadership abilities, and a genuine passion for language education and cultural immersion.
