A prestigious Independent school in Haringey is seeking a dynamic, experienced individual to join their faculty as Head of Modern Foreign Languages for a permanent, full-time position this September. What you'll be doing:
* You'll be designing and delivering engaging French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (A-level).
* As Head of MFL, you will lead, manage, and develop the department, overseeing curriculum design, assessment, and the professional development of your team.

What we're looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in French and Spanish.

* Significant experience in a leadership or second-in-department role within an MFL department.
* Fluency in both French and Spanish and a deep understanding of the MFL curriculum.
* Strong communication skills, effective team leadership abilities, and a genuine ability to inspire linguistic fluency and cultural appreciation.
