We’re recruiting an experienced Head of Midwifery to lead service improvement, drive performance, and support high-quality care delivery within a complex acute healthcare setting.
What we’re looking for:
6+ months NHS experience
Recent senior leadership in acute healthcare
Strong background in clinical governance, operational hospital management, and project delivery
Expertise in maternity policy, safeguarding, complaints management, and national midwifery strategies
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence across multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and Trust values
Pay Rates:
£40 – £45 per hour ** based on experience and shift type
