Your Leadership Role
As Head of Music, you will:

Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of the Music Department, ensuring an inspiring and challenging curriculum from KS3 to KS5.

Design and deliver captivating Music lessons across all key stages, with a strong focus on Key Stage 5.
*
Champion critical thinking, performance skills, and a deep understanding of musical principles.

Who We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Music at degree level or equivalent.

Proven success teaching Music across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Essential experience teaching Music effectively at Key Stage 5 (A-Level), with a strong track record of student achievement.

Exceptional subject knowledge and pedagogical skills across a broad range of topics within music.
