About Role:
As the Head of Operational Transformation, you'll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and ensuring the seamless integration of new strategies that combat financial crime. Your expertise will not only guide the organisation but also shape the way teams communicate and collaborate.
What You'll Bring:
Extensive experience in operations transformation within major financial institutions, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
Expertise in financial crime prevention, detection, and remediation strategies, particularly in AML, CTF, sanctions, and fraud.
Experience in Financial Crime Space is essential
Strong leadership skills, with a history of managing large-scale operational teams and complex investigations and Operating Model.
An in-depth understanding of the processes, products, and systems that will be impacted by ongoing projects.
Proven time management abilities, working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Programme Manager and OAD MD to drive operational transformation.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), championing the integration of operational excellence across all workstreams.
Lead the definition and execution of business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring everyone is informed of the changes that impact operations.
Conduct gap analyses and validate the sequence of changes in collaboration with project managers.
Design and oversee end-to-end processes, ensuring all changes align with regulatory requirements.
Facilitate the completion of testing for new systems, addressing any issues that arise throughout the process.
Provide insights and updates to stakeholders, highlighting training needs and contributing to the development of training programmes.
