Head of Operations - London
We’re a fast-growing B2B services business operating across multiple client sites, and we’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations to take ownership of day-to-day service delivery. This role is perfect for a data-driven, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving, field-based environment and wants to drive real operational impact.
What you’ll be doing
Oversee multi-site operations: ensuring availability, service standards, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
Plan and optimise schedules, routing, and stock flows to manage demand peaks.
Analyse trends and data, translating insights into clear actions for your teams.
Lead continuous improvement: standardise processes, remove bottlenecks, and cut waste.
Manage new site mobilisations, equipment rollouts, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational policies; lead incident reviews and corrective actions.
Deliver clear, insightful KPI reports for senior stakeholders and clients.
What you’ll bring
Proven multi-site operations leadership from hospitality (contract catering, Coffee, Vending, hotels etc.) or logistics (field service, depot/site).
Track record of driving KPIs such as on-time performance, availability, waste reduction, and cost efficiency.
Data-led approach: skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with BI dashboards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside enterprise clients and service partners.
Solid understanding of health & safety; food safety knowledge is an advantage.
Full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel across London and sites as needed.

£55,000 - £60,000 + performance bonus
