Role: Head of Paid Social
Location: Remote (Flexible)
Salary: Circa £65,000 - £90,000 + 15% Bonus + Future Equity
My client is boutique contemporary e-commerce lifestyle brand seeking to accelerate growth in a number of markets across the globe, including the UK, US and Asia.
The Head of Paid Social will be responsible for scaling their customer acquisition and retention engine, owning the growth engine — from paid media to CRO, LTV optimization, and everything in between, with an emphasis on paid social media.
The Role:
* Own the strategy and day-to-day management of paid social investment and people, driving measurable growth across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
* Plan, execute, and optimise full-funnel paid social campaigns
* This is a hands-on role - you will have a deep understanding how the platforms work, specifically Meta and TikTok, at a technical level, spot inefficiencies or missed opportunities, and know what levers to pull when performance dips
* You will work closely with their freelance Paid Media Manager and Creative team to drive growth through performance marketing, testing, and data-led decision-making
* Oversee paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms, working alongside a freelance Media Buyer
* Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency and impact across the funnel
* Strong creative strategy instincts, and a proven framework for building and scaling high-performing ads. You must bring a deep understanding of creative strategy — knowing what makes an ad perform, why it performs, and how to develop a testing framework that consistently drives results
* Build and manage freelance or internal contributors as needed
The Candidate:
* Proven experience developing or scaling businesses through eCommerce channels, with an emphasis on paid social media
* Proven experience building and managing full-funnel paid social campaigns with clear performance outcomes across awareness, consideration, and conversion
* In-depth hands-on experience of both Meta and TikTok
* Worked within high-growth digital brands, ideally within retail, lifestyle, fashion or home sectors
* A clear appreciation of the SME business sector and the nuances of working within such an environment, with comfort operating in a fast growing, rapidly evolving environment
* Experience scaling a brand – ideally from low to mid 7 figures to £10M+ in revenue
* Strong communication skills, comfort working cross-functionally and manging teams remotely
