Head of Partnerships and Growth - Remote - IEP Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 based on experience S Knights Recruitment, in collaboration with Coyne Recruitment, are proud to be supporting the IEP in the recruitment of their new Head of Growth Role Purpose The Head of Growth will lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives that expand the IEP’s reach, influence, revenue and sustainability. This role will focus on increasing membership, diversifying revenue streams, and enhancing the value proposition for professionals and partners across the employability ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Development * Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with IEP’s mission and strategic plan. * Identify and pursue new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities. * Lead business development initiatives to secure funding, sponsorships, and commercial partnerships. Membership & Community Engagement * Drive membership acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and engagement strategies. * Enhance member value through new services, events, and digital offerings. * Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimise member experience. Innovation & Product Development * Lead the development of new products, services, and learning resources that meet the evolving needs of employability professionals. * Use data and insights to inform product design and delivery. Revenue Diversification * Explore and implement new income-generating initiatives, including training programs, consultancy services, and digital products. * Monitor performance and ROI of growth initiatives. Leadership & Collaboration * Work closely with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team to shape organisational strategy. * Collaborative with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver growth projects. Person Specification Essential * Proven experience in a senior growth, business development, or strategy role. * Strong understanding of membership organisations or professional bodies. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills. * Commercial acumen and experience in revenue generation. * Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. Desirable * Knowledge of the employability, skills, or social impact sectors. * Experience in digital product development or innovation. * Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing.
