Job Description

We’re seeking a Head of Pay and Reward for a high-profile public sector programme on an initial 3 to 6 month contract paying up to £550 per day (Inside IR35) on a remote or hybrid basis (UK wide) You’ll lead on pay, reward and benefits for a newly formed organisation, supporting the transition of 1000+ staff and setting up payroll, policy, and reward structures from scratch. This is a senior-level role with strong stakeholder engagement and full ownership of your area. Key Experience • Extensive pay, reward and benefits experience • Strong policy development and stakeholder skills • Experience supporting TUPE/staff transfer • Comfortable working at pace in a change-driven environment • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) preferred Interested?
