Dudman Tidbury HR are recruiting for a Head of Payroll for a lovely business in the Merseyside area.
Some Key skills include:
Leading and developing the Group's payroll function and providing leadership to a small team, supporting their development and upskilling.
Keeping abreast of changing payroll legislation and ensuring business compliance.
Managing compensation and benefits for the business including salary sacrifice, pensions etc.
Reconciliation of payroll reports.
Overseeing weekly and monthly payroll.
Ensuring complaince for year end activities.
