A Head of People to:
Lead a small HR team in this newly established role, provide strategic leadership and direction to the wider organisation
Lead on HR initiatives and projects, such as change management, engagement, well-being
Lead on Reward activity
Support the team with payroll and pensions activity
Specific role duties and projects to be discussedProfile
A Head of People with:
Previous line management experience
Previous experience supporting a community based organisation desirable
Previous NFP experience essential
Previous experience managing payroll essentialJob Offer
