Job Description
I have been tasked to find a Head of Pre-construction for my client in the Midlands.
I’m looking for the above to work with my client in developing their infrastructure (Civil Engineering) contracting business.
You’ll have a strong network of contacts to be included on project tenders and a successful track record in winning work.
This is a genuine opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of an already successful business.
Currently turning over around £130 m, my client is keen to find a Pre-construction leader who can bring together estimating, planning, bid management in creating a strategy that works- I am particularly interested in candidates who have won projects in rail, energy, energy from waste and power.
The salary and package will be at a level that should attract the right applicants-at least 150k+ and a healthy benefits package/bonus scheme in line with your success in the role.
This will be a key operational/commercial appointment and my client is keen to find someone who can bring a unique and valuable skill-set.
