Location: Cambridgeshire
Setup: Flexible - 5 days onsite or 4 onsite / 1 day from home
Salary: Circa £75,000-£85,000 (depending on experience) + attractive package

We're looking for a dynamic Head of Procurement to lead a talented team and oversee significant spend across multiple fresh produce categories. This pivotal role offers the scope to shape supplier strategy, build strong grower and customer partnerships, and ensure world-class procurement delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing a procurement team, setting strategy and driving performance
Managing substantial multi-category spend
Building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships to secure quality, value, and reliability
Partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver a joined-up commercial strategy
Analysing market trends, identifying risks, and driving innovative sourcing strategies
Advising the leadership team on procurement strategy and commercial opportunities
Representing the business externally with growers, suppliers, and customers
What We're Looking For
Proven senior-level procurement experience within fresh produce
Strong leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop a team
Commercially astute, with a track record of managing significant budgets and delivering results
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Analytical thinker able to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery
