HEAD OF PRODUCT – CYBERSECURITY SAAS
ABOUT THE ROLE
An innovative and fast-scaling B2B SaaS company in the cybersecurity sector is seeking an accomplished Head of Product to lead its product strategy and roadmap during a period of ambitious growth.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial leadership to define and execute a cohesive product vision, with an emphasis on usability, automation, and product-led growth (PLG). The role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership of a high-performing product team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and evolve the company’s product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with broader business objectives.
* Lead and grow the product team; coach and develop product managers to drive performance and collaboration.
* Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery and delivery to post-launch iteration.
* Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure efficient, high-quality product development.
* Partner with commercial and go-to-market teams to ensure product features are well-positioned and clearly articulated.
* Continuously track market trends, customer feedback, and the evolving threat landscape to inform strategic decisions.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and user-centric design.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SOUGHT
You are a strategic product leader with strong commercial and technical acumen from a SaaS/cybersecurity background.
* A minimum of 5 years in product leadership roles within B2B software or cybersecurity.
* Proven experience defining product strategy and scaling a product function in a high-growth environment.
* Solid understanding of product-led growth and how to drive user adoption through product experience.
* Deep appreciation of customer pain points, with a user-centric mindset.
* Experience working in or adjacent to cybersecurity, compliance, cloud infrastructure, or DevSecOps environments.
* Exceptional collaboration skills, particularly working with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
* Strong prioritisation and decision-making ability in fast-moving environments.
* Clear communication skills, with experience presenting product vision to senior stakeholders and technical teams.
PACKAGE OFFERED
- Salary: Up to £125,000 per annum
- Share Options
- Holidays: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with service)
- Working Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the company’s central London office
