Salary: £85,000 per annum + Quarterly Commission + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
*
Lead and manage the full procurement, production cycle, and supply chain of products.
*
Set and track annual production plans for the UK and international markets.
*
Optimise production costs, waste, and yield in collaboration with R&D.
*
Build and maintain strong partnerships with contract manufacturers (CMOs).
*
Ensure product quality through robust supplier specification agreements.
*
Expand supply chains across the UK, EU, and globally.
*
Collaborate with leadership, R&D, and sales to support new product launches.
*
Safeguard intellectual property during all manufacturing activities.

Reliable, scalable supply of products to meet business needs.

Cost-effective production aligned with company budgets.
*
Expansion of supply chains across multiple regions.
*
Strong alignment with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and product launches.
What are we after?
*
Extensive experience within a similar industry - Plastics, Packaging, Manufacturing
*
Proven success in managing contract manufacturing partnerships.
*
Background in quality systems (ISO9001, BRCGS, or similar).
*
Process improvement credentials (Lean Six Sigma or similar) desirable.
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
