Are you currently working within a temporary structures / build events environment and looking for a new and exciting challenge?  THE COMPANY This business design and build temporary structures for events, music festivals, sporting occasions, exhibitions, pop-up installations, advertising as well as permanent to semi-permanent spaces.  They work on some exciting events such as Cannes Lions, and F1! With expertise in architectural design and steelwork, they work with clients to create custom structures that fit their conceptual ideas. THE ROLE Due to business growth we are now seeking an experienced Head of Projects to strategically lead, plan, manage, and direct all aspects of projects from initial enquiry through to delivery on-site, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, client satisfaction, and financial performance within agreed timeframes and budgets.   Working with senior management to develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and equipment needs as well as lead and organise high-level Project Planning meetings. -    Provide strategic leadership and direction for all projects -    Ensure the production of accurate and detailed technical drawings through the CAD Team. -    Validate build schedules and joinery requirements for feasibility and alignment with project goals -    Strategic Planning - collaborate with senior management to align project goals with organisational strategy. -    Ensure the timely completion and acquisition of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for each project. -    Drive profitability by achieving or exceeding predicted profit margins  -    Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing project team -    Implement effective performance management processes -    H&S THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have strong strategic project management skills of temporary structure, good people management and be able to apply advanced structural engineering knowledge to collaboratively develop project plans with clients, ensuring business unit capabilities align with agreed plans!
