Job Description
Are you ready to lead property services in a unique and historic residential community dedicated to supporting older people in later life?
An established charitable organisation in Surrey is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Property and Compliance to oversee the strategic and operational delivery of its property services. This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a beautiful village setting, surrounded by heritage architecture and a strong sense of purpose.
As Head of Property and Compliance, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality property and asset management services. You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing day-to-day repairs, voids, major works, planned maintenance, and compliance
* Overseeing internal teams and external contractors
* Ensuring health and safety standards are met across all housing stock
* Driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
* Leading on strategic asset investment and long-term planning
You’ll report to the Director of Operations and work closely with other senior managers to align property services with the organisation’s broader goals.
You’ll bring leadership in property and asset management, solid knowledge of housing compliance, and experience managing budgets, contracts, and major works, all backed by strong communication and stakeholder skills.
