Head of Repairs – West London
£600 per day (Umbrella)
6-Month Ongoing Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Repairs to lead a high-performing repairs service for a respected organisation in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic leader with a strong background in housing repairs and maintenance to drive service improvements and ensure high-quality delivery across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the repairs service ensuring performance targets are met
Drive continuous improvement across operational teams
Oversee budgets, compliance, and contractor performance
Strengthen customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery
Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear performance reportingRequirements:
Proven leadership experience within repairs & maintenance services (ideally in social housing)
Strong commercial and contract management skills
Track record of delivering improved performance and service standards
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilitiesContract Details:
Location: West London
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential extension
