As a result of continued growth, they seeking a talented and ambitious sales leader to join the leadership team in Belgium. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building multi-campaign telesales capability, covering outbound activity to achieve target number of sales. You will be responsible for building a best in industry customer experience during the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience is provided on every contact while maintaining a professional and fun working environment.
If you have people management experience with a proven track record of engaging teams to deliver results and at least 5 years' experience of managing a telesales operational team, within a busy sales contact environment, then we would like to hear from you…
