Head of Sales
* Head of sales jobs role / director of sales job – specialist chemicals into utilities, civil engineering, construction, waste to energy, renewable energy
* Manage a team of 8. Head of Sales jobs opportunity but it would suit a Sales manager who wants to step up into a strategic leadership role as head of sales.
* Business is £60m t/o and operates across diverse sectors - specialist industrial chemicals
* Focus is on key account management and then some diversification. Coaching and mentoring the team to deliver service excellence and deliver that diversification strategy
* Almost endless opportunities across diverse sectors – which benefit from environmental legislation changes that will help drive growth/sales.
* Hybrid - office 2 or 3 days per week so flexible on location.

* We need someone commutable to the Hull, Goole, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Grimsby region. Head office is near Immingham. As this is a leadership role, you must be within 40 miles approx. of Immingham so you can be in the office leading the team when not out with customers
* Ideally you will have experience of a sales process that has a bidding / tendering / complexity
