The Role
The Head of Sales will lead a global sales team to deliver sustained revenue and margin growth across the product portfolio. This is a strategic position combining high-level commercial oversight with hands-on team leadership and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a global product sales strategy in line with commercial targets.
Leading a team of Product Sales Managers and Key Account Managers across multiple regions.
Driving new market development and commercial innovation in the products space.
Overseeing pricing strategy, sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Representing the business externally at key industry events and customer meetings.
Partnering with product management and marketing to build compelling value propositions.
Ensuring alignment of product sales activity with broader business goals.The Person
We are seeking a strategic sales leader with:
A proven track record in B2B sales leadership at an international level.
Experience in maritime, offshore, logistics, or related technical sectors.
Demonstrated success managing distributed sales teams and driving growth.
Strong commercial insight into product solutions.
Fluency in sales tools and CRM platforms.
A collaborative, values-led approach to leadership and stakeholder engagement.Travel
A flexible approach to travel is essential, with regular international and domestic trips expected.
