You’ll be joining a business that serves major clients across power, utilities, telecoms, and infrastructure. Known for its consultative approach and long-standing relationships, the company is now looking to inject fresh energy and agility into its sales function.
Reporting to the MD, you’ll lead a multi-layered team including Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Customer Service – all focused on delivering exceptional value to clients spending £3–5m annually.

What’s the role about?
As Sales Manager, you will:
* Lead and inspire a team of 4 BDMs, 9 ACMs, and support staff.
* Drive strategic growth across national accounts and utilities.
* Reignite a culture of hunger, humility, and smart selling.
* Streamline processes and reduce admin drag to boost agility.
* Collaborate with onboarding and tenders teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
* Deliver against a 10% YoY revenue growth target.
