Head of Sales 
Salary £60k Plus commission and Bonus Package 
North England 
Full time | Permanent | Monday to Friday 8am -5pm

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Head of sales to join their team.

The main purpose of this Head of sales role is to have responsibility for delivering a £5m sales target, developing a high-performing sales pipeline, winning new business and maximising revenue from existing  and prospective customers

In return, our client is offering a salary of £60k Plus commission and Bonus Package depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -5pm 

Your responsibilities will include:

Take full accountability for achieving the £5m annual sales target.
Develop clear regional sales plans, forecasts and growth strategies.
Lead the identification, targeting and acquisition of high-value new customers.
Build and maintain a strong network of senior decision-makers and commercial stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction and retention.
Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team, where applicable.
Regularly review individual and team performance and implement improvement plans where required.
Manage the commercial performance of the region, balancing revenue growth with profitable sales
Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery of new business.

The ideal candidate:

Proven senior sales/business development experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding significant sales targets.
Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
Full UK drivers Licence
