Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Lead the academic vision for your School, working collaboratively with senior management to align the curriculum with local and national educational priorities. Develop and implement strategies to improve teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
Staff Development: Manage and motivate a team of academic staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development, innovation, and best practice in pedagogy.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate academic performance across the School, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory frameworks. Drive continuous improvement to achieve outstanding teaching and learning results.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage the budget for the School effectively, ensuring the resources available are used efficiently to enhance learning outcomes and deliver value for money.
