What You'll Be Doing
Lead with Purpose: Oversee day-to-day operations.

Who We're Looking For
You'll be more than just an educator-you'll be a mentor, a strategist, and a changemaker.
Inspirational Leadership: Experience at SLT, Head of Department, or Headteacher level, ideally within alternative provision.
Deep Understanding: A strong grasp of SEN and experience supporting learners who require tailored approaches.
Qualified and Passionate: QTS/QTLS (or equivalent); NPQH is desirable.
Curriculum Confident: Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science.
Empathy at the Core: You lead with compassion and foster ambition in every learner.
