In this exciting Head of Secondary role, you will lead a dedicated team who are committed to shaping the future of Seychelles through inspirational teaching and learning. You will work with a diverse student body, ensuring academic and personal development throughout the Secondary school.
An experienced and energetic teacher with leadership experience, you will Head up the Secondary school and lead by example. You will be responsible for supporting your team as they strive to inspire and educate the next generation of leaders. Your enthusiastic approach will play an important role in the school's plans to become the number one choice on the island.
You must have a passion for teaching, with the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong communication skills and knowledge of UK curriculum standards is also essential.
This exciting full-time Head of Secondary role is available from August 2026.

Skills and requirements:
Teaching qualification/certification (such as B.Ed., PGCE, iPGCE, QTS)
A solid background in teaching Secondary, ideally with leadership experience
Experience teaching the British curriculum (or knowledge of UK curriculum standards)
Strong English language
Excellent communication skills
Passion for international education
Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-national teaching team
A well-organised, committed and energetic leader
Available to start in August 2026.
