The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Head of Services and Maintenance to join our team in Chessington. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Director of Services, and will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Services and Maintenance department, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Manage monthly board reporting, financial performance tracking, and service metrics.
Oversee the implementation of Joblogic service management software.
Drive change management initiatives and continuous improvement.
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including tenants, senior executives, and external partners.
Ensure technical compliance and service quality across HIUs and district heating networks.
Candidate Profile
Proven background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering.
Extensive experience in services and maintenance leadership roles.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing KPIs and SLAs.
Familiarity with Joblogic or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
Assertive leadership style with a focus on accountability and results.
Willingness to travel to Glasgow and Bournemouth 1-2 days per month.
