An exciting opportunity for a Head of Supply Chain to join a growing, international manufacturer supplying products into the construction sector.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations and a seat at the leadership table, driving performance, cost, and scalability during a major growth phase.
The Role
  * Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) & demand forecasting across the business
  * Own end-to-end supply chain strategy (procurement, planning, logistics)
  * Drive supplier performance, negotiations & cost savings
  * Improve inventory, service levels & operational efficiency
  * Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team
  * Drive ERP/MRP optimisation & continuous improvement
About You
  * Senior supply chain leader within complex manufacturing environments
  * Strong experience in SIOP, forecasting & planning
  * Proven commercial and negotiation expertise
  * Experience managing global suppliers & supply chains
  * Data-driven, hands-on, and results-focused
  * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
