Head of Technology & Networks - London/Hybrid
65-75K with benefits
A leading European workplace media company is seeking a Head of Technology & Networks to lead its UK technical operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on digital infrastructure, CMS management, installations, programmatic advertising support, and vendor coordination.
You'll drive technical strategy, lead a high-performing Networks team, and ensure the reliability and innovation of content delivery systems across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital infrastructure, CMS (e.g. Broadsign), and media hardware operations
Oversee installations, troubleshooting, and vendor partnerships
Support programmatic advertising and system integrations
Improve processes and ensure platform performance and uptime
Collaborate across content, operations, and commercial teamsWhat We're Looking For:
Strong experience in DOOH, AV, or digital signage tech
Skilled in CMS platforms, FTP/API workflows, and basic networking
Proven leadership with hands-on technical expertise
Familiarity with programmatic DOOH is a plus
Certifications (e.g. CCNP/CCIE) are desirableWe Offer:
