This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of OTs, Physiotherapists, and Rehabilitation Assistants in a charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with neuro-disabilities. With an annual salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, this role offers you the chance to shape and grow a service during a key transformation period. You'll also have opportunities to work closely with leading rehabilitation bodies, all while making a direct impact on improving lives. They are committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with neuro-disabilities. They offer rehabilitation, residential care, respite support, and palliative care. With a capacity for over 80 residents, they provide personalised care through a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, ensuring each resident receives the highest standard of therapeutic care. As a Therapy Manager you will: Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary therapy team. Craft and implement a therapeutic strategy aligned with the organisational vision. Innovate and modernise services with a focus on rehabilitation outcomes. Represent the organisation externally with bodies like SRM and UKROC. Oversee departmental performance, finances, and service improvements. Provide professional leadership across therapy disciplines. Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and service development skills.
