Head of Transformation Delivery Location: Leeds (Hybrid) Salary: Highly Competitive + Excellent Benefits Division: Transformation Management Office Reports to: Transformation Director Direct Reports: 6 (including Programme Directors and Programme Managers) Are you a strategic change leader with a passion for delivering impactful transformation? At Medical Protection Society (MPS), we’re seeking a dynamic Head of Transformation Delivery to lead our global transformation programmes. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of major change initiatives across MPS, with a focus on time, cost, quality, and member value. What You’ll Be Doing as Head of Transformation Delivery * Leading the Transformation Delivery team to implement robust programme and project delivery frameworks. * Driving project governance standards and providing assurance to the Executive and Council. * Representing transformation delivery at the highest levels of the organisation. * Building and nurturing a high-performing, inclusive team culture. * Managing a portfolio of programmes with a budget of approximately £30 million. * Collaborating across MPS to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and member needs. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a senior change leadership role, ideally within a complex, matrixed organisation. * Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of building capability and driving engagement. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels. * Deep understanding of programme and project governance, with experience across the full project lifecycle. * Strategic thinker with sound financial acumen and the ability to translate plans into delivery. * Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM are desirable.
