Job Title: Head of Transformation
Location: Aston Clinton Office-based, 5 days/week
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Team Size: 4 Direct Reports Lead Project Manager, Optimisation Manager, Health & Safety Manager, Facilities Manager
Role Overview
Were looking for an exceptional Head of Transformation to lead strategic change and operational improvement across the business. Working as a trusted partner to the COO, this role goes beyond traditional PMO boundaries it's hands-on, high-impact, and crucial to our growth trajectory.
Youll be responsible for shaping and delivering transformation programmes, embedding structured governance, and creating a culture of high performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes across multiple business areas
Establish and embed governance and delivery frameworks to ensure project success
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Develop operational strategies that align with commercial and business goals
Manage competing priorities and ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration
Drive accountability, track KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Utilise data to inform decisions and improve business performance
Champion cultural change and develop a performance-focused mindset across teams
Act as the COOs strategic partner and sounding board for transformation efforts
Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
Strong commercial acumen and business insight
Able to operate strategically while delivering tactically
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
Structured and detail-oriented with a bias for action
Resilient, decisive, and comfortable in high-pressure environments
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred
Comfortable leading change in complex, evolving settings
Leadership & Culture
Actively challenge underperformance and missed deadlines
Promote capability building and upskilling within teams
Bring positive energy and inspire high levels of engagement
Able to zoom in to problem-solve and zoom out to guide strategy
Operate with high autonomy, ownership, and visibility
