About the Role

Current Fleet Overview

Around 80 drivers
*
Approximately 60 trucks and 70 trailers
*
UK-wide operations
*
Handling both own-produce distribution and retail transport contracts
Key Requirements

Proven experience in transport or logistics management
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex operations
*
Commercially minded with a focus on efficiency, growth, and customer service
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
CPC qualification or equivalent preferred
